WHAT: 2-day process work training on inner & outer resilience
WHERE: Helsinki, Finland
WHEN: August 15 & 16
We are living through times we have never lived before. The world is shifting rapidly, and we are invited to step into and embrace the unknown.
These times are asking us for a new level of resilience, individually and collectively. Resilience in holding multiple perspectives, roles, and worldviews at the same time. Fluidity to move through life and the ever-changing landscape of the world.
In this workshop, we share practices from process work that can support us to navigate these unprecedented times.
What is process work?
Process work (also called Deep Democracy) is a multidimensional approach to the whole system that accounts for the natural flow of development hidden behind polarizations and conflicts. Originally developed by Arnold Mindell, it is used to coach individuals, facilitate teams and organizations, and lead and support national and international processes across communities and borders.
This is a unique chance to join the first process work training organized in Helsinki.
This 2-day workshop will support you in:
Embracing your own unique role in this collective transition
Becoming more fluid within yourself, in relationships and communities, and with the world
Navigating conflict and challenges with curiosity
Unfolding everyday disturbances and integrating the wisdom in them
Holding multiple perspectives and worldviews simultaneously and shifting roles
Who is this for?
This workshop is open to anyone who feels drawn to this topic, whether you are new to process work or a practitioner.
This learning space supports your inner & outer resilience through inner work, dream work & group process. We will focus on applying process work theory in practice through lived experience.
