Refund & Cancellation Policy
At B.ONFIRE, we are committed to creating spaces for deep exploration, dialogue, and transformation. Because our work—from monthly Dream Labs, intensive seminars to individual coaching sessions—relies on the presence and energy of each participant, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
1. Workshops, Seminars & Long-term Programs
For our more intensive or multi-day offerings, the lead time for planning is significantly longer:
Up to 30 days before start: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (usually 10%).
7 to 30 days before start: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before start: Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to a colleague or friend (pending facilitator approval to ensure the fit for the group).
2. Individual Coaching & Facilitation
Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a 1-on-1 session.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.
3. Course Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a program due to low enrollment, facilitator illness, or unforeseen circumstances:
You will be notified as early as possible.
You will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.
