Dream Lab – A Space for Night Dream Exploration
Dreams speak in images, sensations, and moods. Some linger long after we wake up, asking to be met again.
Dream Lab is a monthly experiential space for people who want to explore their night dreams together, in a supportive, curious, and respectful environment. Rather than interpreting dreams from the outside, we approach them as living processes that want to be felt, embodied, and related to.
The work draws on Process-Oriented Dreamwork, yet no prior experience is required. Through dialogue, body awareness, role exploration, and relationship, we follow the dream itself and allow it to show what it needs.
The Dream Lab is not a supervision group. It is a learning and experience space focused on your own dreaming life — playful, deep, and grounded in presence.
