PW Lab: Dreambody Alive, Dead, and Ecstatic
Listening to our body, following energy
WHAT: Transformative leadership seminar for pioneers of all kinds. 2,5 days of process work applied in organisations, coaching, and beyond.
WHERE: Vilnius, Lithuania.
WHEN: 4th to 7th of December, 2025
December 5–7, Vilnius
Our bodies are more than flesh and bones. They are living maps of our dreaming process, carrying signals, symptoms, and energies that often go unheard. In daily life, many of us treat the body mainly as something to cure, train, or maintain. Yet, when pain or discomfort breaks through, it can become a surprising doorway into deeper awareness.
In Processwork, following Arnold Mindell’s dreambody approach, we explore how symptoms are not just problems but meaningful messages. They are invitations to listen differently, to discover hidden aspects of our dreaming, and to unfold new dimensions of ourselves.
This lab offers:
Quick access to the dreaming process through body experiences
Practical tools for relating to symptoms as signals, not just disturbances
A chance to encounter the dreambody as a rich companion in everyday life
The journey is adventurous, alive, and sometimes ecstatic. It invites us into a fuller relationship with ourselves—where the body is not only cared for medically but also honored as a source of wisdom.
⚠️ Please note: this exploration does not replace medical care. If you experience symptoms, take good care of yourself and consult a doctor to clarify them on the consensus reality (CR) level.
Come discover the dreambody—an everyday companion, a source of insight, and a doorway into the deeper dreaming that moves through us all.
This training is part of a series of ProcessWork Labs. The training includes concepts of process work, inner work practice, relationship work, group facilitation, and a case clinic, thus providing a space for sharing and deepening the application of process work in an organizational context.
In this training, we focus on The Dreambody — how the body dreams and expresses subtle signals, movements, and sensations that shape our lives. By unfolding these body-dreams, we can tap into hidden resources, unlock creativity, and strengthen our personal growth, relationships, and organizational impact.
This training takes place in Vilnius, Lithuania. For more info please contact us on info@b-onfire.com.

Process work (also called Deep Democracy) is a multidimensional approach to the whole system that takes into account the natural flow of development hidden behind polarizations and conflicts. Originally developed by Arnold Mindell, it is a community-building approach and a conflict-resolution model that works with the entirety of the information that is present within a system. It can be used to coach individuals, facilitate teams and organizations, and lead and support national and international processes across communities and borders.
“Process work interventions enable individuals to understand their own lives, discover the potential for themselves and their environment, feel more interaction and aliveness, and thus live with creativity and a stronger connectedness.”
Drs. Max and Ellen Schupbach, founders of the Deep Democracy Institute.
Facilitators/organizers:
Stephanie Bachmair is a process work diplomat, communication trainer, dialogue facilitator, leadership coach, B.onfire founder, and Deep Democracy Institute faculty member. She helps leaders, teams and organizations bring awareness to communication, improve their relationship work, and increase their transformative power through dialogue.
Gabrysia Basiuk is a processwork diplomat, systemic mediator, organizational development consultant, B.onfire partner, and faculty member of the Deep Democracy Institute and the Polish Processwork Institute. She supports leaders and teams to grow beyond their limitations to embrace new, emerging opportunities and consciously use their power to achieve their personal and organizational goals.
