Following Nature

Following Nature was the topic of our 4-day quest in the middle of apple trees, buckwheat fields, close to a little lake, diving into Lithuania‘s natural beauty.
What a privilege to work with nature, finding answers to our most burning questions, connecting to our deep callings, and working on our resistances, before preparing the homecoming. What a privilege to share some wisdom of process work/process-oriented psychology to support inner work and relationship work, and facilitate 'taking responsibility' as a group issue. Besides deep insights and manifold transformation, it made me, as a facilitator, embrace my German identity as a structure-lover and staying fluid with ‚being messy/disruptive’, handing responsibility over to my teammate and co-facilitator Zbyszek Miłuński.
Organically, this seminar became the initiation of ProcessWork Institute Lithuania. Thank you, Vilma Kraelskaitė and Andrius Simonaitis, for sharing your space and being wonderful hosts. The week before, we got official approval from IAPOP. We also have deep gratitude to our mentors and faculty members, Max Schupbach and Ellen Schupbach, for supporting us on this journey, and Deep Democracy Institute International for the collaboration.
We are more than excited to walk further this path, welcome the registered students, and express our congratulations to the first 'relationship work outlook points' (midterm review/exam) to Kazimiera Kazijevaitė-Astratovienė, Ieva Šližienė, Severija Tarailienė. Your work was very deep and inspirational!!!
The next Following Nature seminar in Lithuania will take place from the 7th to the 10th of August. Read more and register here.
